A struggling band promoter who accidentally accepts a CIA deal to film a fake moonwalk. He recruits his roommate Leon to pose as Stanley Kubrick, manages the chaotic production, and eventually stars alongside Leon as an astronaut. After a violent shootout and fleeing authorities, he joins the group in Spain.
