A black associate who flees Newark after a murder warrant. Returns to build a rival criminal empire, engages in a romantic affair with Giuseppina, and kills Dickie's man Giulio. His crew retaliates by murdering Buddha, leading to a tense standoff with Dickie before Harold eventually relocates to a white neighborhood.
