Protagonist and son of Bob McNeil. Initially suspended from the FBI and working as a communications officer, he enters the Markinsone Industries plant to prevent a deadly chlorine gas release. He tracks Kruger's mercenaries through underground tunnels, neutralizing them one by one until Kruger is recaptured and returned to prison.
Kruger is the main antagonist threatening Alec Mcneil and the city.
Alec Mcneil is the son of Bob McNeil, a factory employee.
