A powerful police official who abuses his position. He collaborates with Manickam to frame Thilagavarman, directly participates in stabbing Thilagan's wife Jennifer, and is later targeted by Thilagan. He is kidnapped, beaten at a temple, and ultimately dies in an ambulance, fulfilling Thilagan's revenge.
