An outlaw who arrives in a New Mexico town and discovers a deadly swarm of copperhead snakes. He teams up with locals to defend against the snakes, uncovers a murder, leads the counterattack, and ultimately kills a giant mother snake. He is revealed to be the missing John Murphy.
