A young Los Angeles resident who, along with his husband Alex, crashes a party at their dream home. After the owners die, they find a hidden room containing a million dollars, attempt to donate it, fail, and eventually use it as a down payment on the house. They later sell the house, repay a charity, and return a valuable artifact to an orphanage before adopting a child.
