Cheung's guardian who discovers a stolen necklace and brings Cheung to its owner, Hung Pak-ho, hoping for a reward. He is hired as Hung's secretary but returns to his farming life at the end. He receives money from Flash Knife Lee to support Cheung's family back home after Lee repents.
