The mastermind behind the town's crime syndicate. He bribes witnesses, frames Vijay for bribery leading to his imprisonment, and supplies the tainted moonshine that killed De Silva's sons. He is ultimately revealed as the murderer of Vijay's parents and is killed by Vijay during a climactic confrontation, ending the cycle of violence.
