A debutant crime novelist who inherits a haunted villa in Pondicherry from his deceased father. He discovers his father possessed precognition, manifested through prophetic paintings that predict Jebin's life events and future. After experiencing psychic phenomena and a dark history of previous owners, Jebin fears a prophecy predicting he will kill his girlfriend, Aarthi. To prevent this, he immolates himself and the villa. Ultimately, he unknowingly inherits his father's gift, as his own writing foretells future events.
