A corrupt officer who befriends JD in prison and later extorts him for hidden emeralds. He tracks the brothers via a GPS phone, engages in multiple chases, and ultimately meets his demise at an abandoned mall after being blinded by JD's pepper spray trap and crushed by a falling Christmas tree while firing his weapon.
