A Romani kleptomaniac who lives with and exploits a Capuchin monkey for theft. He is coerced into working for a local mafia syndicate. After his monkey runs away, he relentlessly pursues it, causes trouble for Eva's family, and is ultimately arrested by the police after his crimes are exposed.
Azro previously abused and exploited Dodger for theft before the monkey fled.
Azro works alongside Charlie as part of the same criminal network.
Mark is Azro's son who attempts to reclaim Dodger from the park.
