The primary antagonist, a supposedly mute hitman hired by Jay Moore. He disregards orders to merely intimidate Maggie 1, killing her instead. He later murders Maggie 2, frames Duane Rich, kills Deputy Reddy and Jay, and is ultimately destroyed in a car crash orchestrated by Rita.
Kosco ambushes and murders Maggie 1, burning her car to stage the crime.
Tommy T acts as the intermediary who connects Jay to Kosco for the hit.
