Leader of the Kowloon Triad who collaborates with yakuza to kidnap Sarai and eliminate Tsurugi. He recruits Tateki for revenge and respects Tsurugi's combat prowess, permitting a formal duel. After Tsurugi wins, Dinsau kills a treacherous subordinate and assists the critically wounded protagonist.
