A closeted lesbian from Jersey City who returns to her conservative hometown in Ramsey, New Jersey for Thanksgiving. She plans to come out to her dysfunctional family by introducing her lover, Hailey, but ends up convincing her male roommate, Austin, to pretend to be her boyfriend to buy time.
