Depressed struggling sculptor who saves the disfigured Creeper and turns him into his best sculpture. Orders the Creeper to kill critics who reject his art. Becomes obsessed with critic Joan, later orders her death, but is killed by the Creeper when he plans to hand him over to authorities.
