Captain of the EarthForce destroyer Charon who joins President Sheridan's covert mission to investigate the Drakh threat. He ultimately sacrifices his ship, the Victory, by ramming it directly into the Shadow planet-killer's control hub, triggering its premature detonation and destroying the majority of the Drakh assault fleet.
