An IIT graduate and member of the heist crew. His drunken confession to Vinayak exposes the robbery plan. After escaping with the money, he is eventually tracked down and executed by Prithviraj during the resort standoff.
Prem unintentionally gives Vinayak the information needed to infiltrate the crew.
Prem becomes intoxicated and reveals the heist plan to Vinayak, who then spies on the group and joins it under false pretenses.
Prithviraj removes Prem during the final consolidation of the plan.
During the highway-resort standoff, Prithviraj follows the conspirators and kills Prem.
