A traveler grieving his girlfriend's death, Luke visits Morocco with his friend Adam. He befriends local guide Zahra and joins her to a remote Atlas Mountains village. While exploring hidden tunnels, he discovers an illegal organ harvesting operation. He is ambushed, knocked unconscious, and later found dead on an operating table after being kidnapped for his organs.
