Former First Sergeant driven to Berlin to see his daughter. Hijacked by Andreas, he is coerced into compliance under threats to his family. After reluctantly killing police officers to protect them, he turns the tables, beats Andreas to near death, and detonates the bomb in his car.
Andreas acts as the physical captor, using weapons and coercion to control Frank's movements.
