The original commander of Special Force Six and Parker's former superior. Plagued by psychological trauma from the failed Dieppe Raid, he suffers a mental breakdown shortly before the Normandy operation, resulting in a drunken security breach and his arrest. He is replaced by Colonel Wynter.
