Lowly theme park mechanic at RoboWorld who loves his girlfriend Sue and dreams of proposing on Valentine's Day. He accidentally gets entangled in a villainous scheme after mistaking a supervillain's remote-control ring for his own engagement ring. Through a series of chase scenes and robot battles, he grows into a hero, ultimately defeating the giant robot threat and successfully proposing to Sue with a handmade ring.
