A local wildlife trafficker operating at the airport. He attempts to move captured monkeys but is thwarted by Victor. He behaves obsequiously toward Charlotte and Planchet while secretly organizing a major poaching expedition. He abducts Planchet, transports stolen elephant tusks to a seaplane, and is ultimately stopped when the protagonists seize the aircraft.
