A young French-Maghrebi man from Chalon-sur-Saône who temporarily moves to the affluent suburb of Neuilly-sur-Seine to stay with his aunt and uncle. Despite facing bullying and cultural clashes at a private school, he forms a close friendship with Charles and begins a romantic relationship with Marie.
