The 12-year-old boss of the Flaming Dragon gang. He captures Tugg and forces him to repeatedly reenact Simple Jack, effectively brainwashing him. During the actors' rescue attempt, he is grabbed by Jeff and used as leverage. He later fires an RPG at the escaping helicopter.
