A detective investigating the murder of DEA agents. He protects two female witnesses, Rosa and Leticia, but Leticia is killed. Wounded and hidden by Rosa, he uncovers a conspiracy involving corrupt officers. He ultimately confronts and kills his former partners Brynner, Hilts, and Tinelli after they confess to the murders, then helps Rosa cross the border.
