Corrupt SP orchestrating a staged encounter to eliminate Ravi and Kannan. Haunted by his past failure to stop a politically connected murder, he attempts to leverage Kaali for information. After being gravely injured and betrayed by Ravi, he is killed when he tries to fulfill his duty.
