A high-ranking mob boss and superior to Roy DeMeo. He authorizes a hit through Freezy that Kuklinski executes, but becomes enraged when the murder is traced back to him. After refusing to pay Kuklinski for the job, Leo is subsequently shot and killed by Kuklinski.
