A bizarre drifter and bar acquaintance of Tim who offers him advice and helps him attempt to cover up the death of Nick's horse by claiming a cash reward. Feeling betrayed when Tim becomes wealthy, J-Man attempts to blackmail him for a partnership, only to be shot with an arrow and intimidated into backing down. He later appears reconciled at the product launch.
