Sport-fishing boat captain whose business is failing. He partners with lawyer F.R. Duncan to smuggle immigrants, but is later blackmailed into transporting a gang of racetrack crooks. Desperate to save his family financially, he reluctantly complies. After the crooks murder his partner Wesley Park, Harry secretly arms himself, kills the gang in a shootout, and is critically wounded. He dies reconciling with his wife Lucy.
