A local gangster whom Eddie seeks to impress. Eddie shares the armored car company's security weaknesses with him, prompting Spiro to stage an initial robbery. The heist is thwarted by Detective Ransome, but Spiro later pressures Chris to hand over his share of the stolen funds.
