Fay's father who suffers from multiple sclerosis and emotional turmoil due to his wife's infidelity. He discovers a sonogram of Fay and Layla, warns Fay that looking at the doppelgänger will be fatal, and tragically dies in an elevator accident while trying to intervene when Fay confronts Layla.
