The former owner of the Presley house and the main antagonist. He murdered Randy to steal his daughter June for his infertile wife. He attacks the Presley home, attempting to kill Kevin, but is ultimately knocked out a window by Frank and dies.
Scheller is the direct cause of Ernest's death and subsequent ghostly existence.
