A Bridgist lieutenant who refuses to destroy a civilian rebel ship and kills his commander, leading to his arrest. He is recruited for a time-travel mission to 1998 to eliminate rebel Commander Tunis. After rescuing Cathy Easton and learning the truth about the Bridgist origins, he defects, tracks down Tunis, kills him on a bridge, and is ultimately killed when his bio-implant self-destructs at the 48-hour deadline.
