A U.S. Navy SEAL lieutenant who becomes the reluctant nanny for the five Plummer children after a mission goes wrong. He overcomes their initial hostility, helps them with personal struggles, teaches them martial arts and wrestling, and ultimately uncovers a conspiracy involving double agents. He retires from the military to become a school wrestling coach and finds a new family with the Plummers.
