Referred to as Mr. Tyson in the plot, he is the supervisor of the job competition and an executive at Smythe-Bates. He is initially impressed by Darryl's unconventional methods and client interactions, offers him a contract, and ultimately decides Darryl must work a year in the mail room before becoming a junior analyst.
