A geologist and the primary romantic interest who witnesses the initial tension and physical clash between her companion and the guide. She discovers the diamonds, helps transport the injured geologist on a gurney, and refuses to leave him behind. After he disappears, she continues alone but ultimately succumbs to the freezing weather.
