Jesse's brother and returning Iraq veteran who travels to California with Marilyn and Jared to find them. He gets kidnapped by The Driver, escapes, and rescues Jesse from a cage. Tom survives the ordeal but discovers Marilyn is actually dead, realizing he failed to save her.
