A former student who experiences a vision of crucified nuns during a seance. Fascinated by local rumors, she breaks into the monastery crypt, triggering supernatural murders. She becomes increasingly disturbed, eventually becomes possessed by the nuns' spirits, kills Professor Evans, and is burned alive by a mob.
