A mad scientist who created the Terror Toons DVD. He teams up with Max Assassin to terrorize the group, performing gruesome acts like disembowelment and beheading, experimenting on Rick's brain, and attempting to corrupt the world through the cartoon medium. He is eventually decapitated by Cindy using a giant axe.
