A seasoned London Fire Brigade fireman and son of Ma and Pa Robbins. He trains the volunteer AFS crew, saves Tommy from a delay-action bomb, and later directs rescue efforts at a burning hospital. He is trapped by an explosion and dies when the hospital collapses.
