Aimable's pretty and much younger wife. She elopes with shepherd Dominique the night after the bakery opens. After being spotted on a marsh island, she is lectured by the priest about forgiveness, sneaks back to the bakery, asks for her husband's pardon, and promises never to leave him again before reuniting with him.
