The alias given to Dr. Luther Paradigm after he is accidentally fused with piranha DNA by the Street Sharks. As the primary antagonist, he creates mutant animals to destroy them, schemes to imprison the team in Fission City, and later allies with the Raptor Gang before being captured and imprisoned.
