An accomplice to Vetri who helps fabricate the ghost story to manipulate Saravanan into selling the ancestral home cheaply for a commercial project. He later murders Vetri when the latter discovers Saravanan's true crimes, but is ultimately killed by the vengeful ghosts alongside his goons.
Guru and Saravanan are initially aligned in a fraudulent scheme to devalue and sell the ancestral property.
