Corrupt prison guard aligned with gang boss Smiley Phelps. He obstructs Koslow's drug operations, nearly kills him, and becomes a hostage during Koslow's escape. Koslow manipulates a sniper to accidentally kill Slewitt and trigger a diversionary explosion.
