Dave Waggoman's helper and Alec's protégé who hopes to inherit a portion of the ranch. He secretly co-conspires with Dave to sell rifles to the Apaches. When Dave refuses to abort the scheme, Vic kills him in a struggle. Later, he accidentally causes Alec's fall while trying to stop his investigation, and is ultimately murdered by the Apaches after Lockhart destroys their weapon cache.
