A Boer farmer's daughter engaged to Preston Fanshall. Following the British victory at Rorke's Drift, she is captured by the Zulu and taken to their capital at Ulundi. Despite unwanted advances from the German villain Carl Schneider, she is treated relatively well by the Zulu and eventually escapes during the final Battle of Ulundi with Goba's assistance.
