A student who vehemently opposes black market ticket sales, an act that deeply influences Raghuveer. Initially in love with Nand, she travels to Ooty with her family. Though she rejects Raghuveer's romantic advances and lies about her engagement, she gradually falls for him. She writes to Nand to end their relationship, only to face a misunderstanding when he returns. She ultimately chooses Raghuveer, witnessing his arrest and reuniting with him at the end.
