A psychiatrist who learns about serial killer Devlon's escape and death. He attempts to secure cremation for Devlon's body after students steal it. Later, he finds fleeing children, instructs them to burn Devlon's satanic book to stop the undead, and protects them with a crucifix until the threat is destroyed. In the finale, he stores the charred book in the attic.
