A doctor and peer of Father Alvise who investigates his missing wife, Uta. He attempts to shoot Nosferatu in a castle and later stakes a coffin in a villa, only to accidentally kill his shapeshifting wife. He is ultimately lured into a garden and killed by Nosferatu, who had disguised himself as Helietta.
