Owner of Buckley Aircraft Corporation and creator of the experimental Dream aircraft. A former wartime pilot and friend to Jeff Connors. He manages test flights, suspends Jeff after an explosion, and ultimately pilots the final successful test himself before safely landing with Jeff.
